Applebee’s is celebrating St. Patrick’s Day 2026 with a limited time menu update featuring two new $6 cocktails and a festive $4 mocktail. These seasonal drinks are available only for a short time, so fans of Applebee’s signature flavors should act fast. 

1. Emerald Escape Cocktail

The Emerald Escape is a tropical mix that combine:

  • Jameson Irish Whiskey 
  • Malibu Coconut Rum
  • Melon liqueur
  • Blue raspberry 
  • Pineapple juice and lime 

Served in Applebee’s signature Mucho glass with a gold sugar rim, this cocktail captures the festive St. Patrick’s Day spirit. Customers can also upgrade with a “Vibe Drop”, adding premium spirits like Patron Sliver, Don julio Reposado, Grey Goose, or Woodford Reserve. 

2. Pricklycane Cocktail

The Pricklycane offers a fruity twist on a classic NOLA hurricane. Ingredients include:

  • Bacardi Superior Rum
  • Premium lemon Sour
  • Prickly pear
  • Orange and pineapple juices

Like the Emerald Escape, it’s served in the signature Mucho glass with a gold sugar rim and optional Vibe Drop for extra indulgence.

3. Parade Punch Mocktail

For those avoiding alcohol, Applebee’s also offers the Parade Punch Mocktail at $4. This refreshing drink blends:

  • Pineapple
  • Prickly pear
  • Blue raspberry
  • Premium lemon sour
  • Bubbly lemon lime soda

It’s a festive, flavorful option for all guests.
